Alright, well I will be the first one to say that I am no Julia Child... BUT I didn't know that yes, you can overcook a baked potato. Apparently, when they cook too long, they become explosive. Yes, I did "poke" holes in the potato and it still blew... darn it! Now I have to clean the oven...
